accept the return of any item with an indication that it has been used. Original tags must be attached. modelcitizen will not issue store credit or refunds for used items.

Important: modelcitizen will not accept returns received outside of the conditions stated above. In the event of an exception to this policy, customer will be credited with a 'store credit' and a re-stocking fee up to (50%) of the item value may apply.

A modelcitizen store credit is redeemable online and via telephone at 1.877.777.1716. Store Credits are valid for 12 months from date of issuance.
